Winning
The Online Lottery
By Robert Cullen Andrews
Winning
the lottery is luck. A small convenience store, Station 2,
in the Adair County community near 137 Oklahoma 59 near Watts
in Oklahoma has sold two Powerball winning tickets. Edward
Proctor of Springdale, Arkansas, won $200,000, and two weeks
later on December 8, 2007, someone won $600.000. He/she has
180 days to collect the winnings at the Lottery Headquarters
in Oklahoma City. I have won three online lotteries. There
is one thing for sure, if you don't buy a ticket, you can't
win.
Mr.
David Coterel of Riverside, Ohio, a retired auto worker, purchased
$10 worth of Powerball tickets for the Saturday, August 25,
2007, drawing and won the 4th largest Powerball jackpot in
history. The jackpot-winning ticket was purchased at the Speedway
in Richmond, Indiana.
February
22, 2006, a group of eight coworkers at the ConAgra Foods
plant in Lincoln, Nebraska, claimed the record $365 million
jackpot from the February 18 Powerball drawing.
Recently
in Paris, France (AHN), three winning ticket-holders shared
the 126 million British pounds in the EuroMillion Lottery.
The lottery is held in nine European countries. The winners
split the equivalent of $222 million Two of the winning tickets
were purchased in France and one in Portugal.
There
are many lotteries, but one should deal only with legitimate
agents for approved government lotteries. Legitimate agents
have help desks for direct contact with their clients. They
quickly solve billing problems, credit card mistakes, exchange
rate fluxitation problems, and confirmation of ticket numbers.
Legitimate agents are deeply concerned by the proliferation
of lottery scams being offered through direct mail and e-mail
around the world. To avoid scams and tricks, one should only
play government approved lotteries. If an online agent contacts
you wanting advanced funds for services or advising you won
a lottery that you didn't purchase a ticket, avoid it. It's
a scam. You should work with a legitimate governmental agent
that publishes immediate lottery winning results.
The
keys to success are paying probabilities. If you use a combination
of numbers that have only a probability of winning five percent
of the time, you can expect to lose 95 percent of the time.
A
way to increase your luck is to avoid combinations that have
been drawn before: the chances of repeating numbers are only
once every 3,405 years. Avoid six consecutive numbers such
as 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16. Avoid one number groups such as
all singles digits, all teens, or all twenties: these combinations
have never been won by a lottery. Avoid the absolute lowest
and absolute highest numbers. Avoid multiple numbers like
5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30. Avoid selecting first or last digits
such as 3, 13, 23, 33, 43, 53.
But
anything can happen. On the weekend of February 24, 2008,
Lotto players around the world were amazed the Irish Lotto
had a run of numbers that has been unmatched for a long long
time. The winning numbers were 16, 17 - then 21 31 - then
35, 36 with the Bonus number being 18 - making the run of
numbers 16, 17, 18, 21, 31, 35, 36. The chances of numbers
coming up in a sequence such as this are very rare. So rare
that there were no 1st division winners.
You
should only deal with an online agent with a proven record
of taking care of customer's personal details very seriously,
and one that uses proven technology to ensure the highest
level of protection using proven encryption technology.
You
have a chance of winning the lottery online by following the
details on http://www.informationguides.net It will direct
you to a legitimate agent that deals only with governmental
approved lotteries. Good luck with your online lottery venture.
